4.Input power, the voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage marked on various cartridge heaters. If it is lower than the rated voltage, the heat generated by the cartridge heater & nbsp;will also decrease.
⒌The terminal of the cartridge heater & nbsp;should be kept clean and dry, otherwise it will reduce the insulation performance and be broken by the short circuit. If the environment of chemical corrosion, flammable, explosive and other liquids or gases is used, the & nbsp;cartridge heater & nbsp;should be wired insulation and sealing devices are used for protection to prevent accidents;
⒍When heating certain viscose and other substances, such as sodium nitrate, stearic acid, paraffin, etc., the power supply voltage should be reduced at the beginning of heating to reduce the heat generation of the cartridge heater, & nbsp;rated voltage for heating;
⒎Cartridge heater & nbsp;has been used for a long time. If thick pipe scale and oil dirt accumulate on the surface, it should be removed regularly. Otherwise, the heat transfer performance of the cartridge heater & nbsp;will be reduced and the heat load on the surface of the tube will be exceeded and damaged.
⒏De patroonverwarmer & nbsp; moet worden opgeslagen in een droog magazijn. Als het oppervlak lange tijd nat is, moet de isolatieweerstand worden gemeten met een megohmmeter.
